We do not handle or accept merchandise purchased from our Retail Locations. Additionally, items purchased form our Online Shop may not be returned or exchanged in any of our Retail Locations.
All sale items, discounted and promotional merchandise, including and sales in which any discount/promo codes are used are FINAL SALE and are ineligible to be returned or exchanged. We do not honor price adjustments or price matching.
Accessories, bags and skate decks are FINAL SALE.
Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unworn/unused condition with tags attached. Please contact us at email@example.com for all order and return inquiries. Please provide your "reason for return/exchange" and order information - Full Name, Email used for Order, Order Number (i.e. ABCD-123456) - so we can assist you accordingly.
We will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication; orders sent back without prior communication will not be processed for return or exchange and will be at the customer's expense.
Customers are responsible for any and all return shipping costs. All shipping costs are non-refundable, along with any fees that PayPal may apply. Please include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase when returning your item.
If a product is defective, it may be replaced with a new product (if the item is still in stock and available) at no additional cost.
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once it has been processed. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
